Coron recorded 336,304 visitors in 2025 and 341,546 in 2024, of whom a little over half were Filipino. Those are the numbers the provincial and municipal tourism offices publish, and they are annual totals. No month-by-month arrival series is published for Coron, so this page does not rank the months by measured crowd level, and any guide that does is estimating.
What the tourism office does say about its own season is worth having: arrivals build from November, peak around February, hold up through April, and fall away from May as the rains arrive. Two domestic travel peaks sit inside that window and are much sharper than the seasonal curve:
- Christmas to New Year. The most heavily booked fortnight of the Coron year, on flights as well as hotels.
- Holy Week. A domestic surge that moves with Easter, so it lands in March in some years and April in others. Check the date before you book either month.
On price, this page has nothing to offer, and that is deliberate. We do not have per-date fares for flights, hotels or tours in Coron, so there is no month we can honestly call the cheapest. Tour prices on this page are the current starting prices from the operator, not seasonal rates.
If avoiding people matters more to you than dry weather, the pattern is straightforward: the quietest weeks are in the rainy half of the year, and late January to early February and the first half of March are the calmer stretches of the dry season, sitting either side of the peak. Check where Holy Week falls in your year before you book either of them.
